Farming for the Soul; Eating for Our Earth

The New York Times has an article about religious involvement in Community Supported Agriculture (known as CSA's). The article, which discusses the growth of faith-based agriculture, is written by cook book author and Times columnist Joan Nathan. Hazon, an innovative organization promoting ecology and CSA, is at the forefront of the movement. Check out their blog.
